Epicor ERP Engineering
I treat Epicor as the operational core of a wider enterprise platform: CRM and customer activity enter on one side; secure .NET services, APIs, identity and external applications connect on the other; SQL and reporting sit underneath the flow.
Tap a layer once to see what it owns, why it exists and how it connects to the next system.
Epicor owns operational rules, transactional workflows and enterprise data.

Live web presentation Click through the internal layers to inspect how identity, tenancy, entitlements, integrations, applications and data fit together.
A generic, multi-layer SaaS foundation that separates identity, tenancy, authorization, commercial entitlements, integrations, applications and deployment concerns. It is domain-agnostic, so a CRM, a recruitment platform, an ERP add-on or a commerce product can sit on the same layers and stay understandable as it grows.
Healthcare recruitment CRM
CRM for a UK healthcare recruitment business: candidate availability, bookings, CV preparation, payroll and reporting, with real-time updates, scheduled shift reminders and two-factor sign-in.

Finance and commerce integrations, AI-enabled workflowsCurrent engineering track · Sep 2026
I use stable platform releases for production work, keep preview technology explicitly separated, and document external integrations so clients can see where data enters, how it is validated and what owns it next.
Accounting integration through OAuth 2.0 and a controlled .NET service boundary. The current portfolio example focuses on GET Accounts / chart-of-accounts retrieval rather than claiming a generic “Xero expert” badge.
Production-oriented work can target the supported .NET 10 LTS line, while .NET 11 preview features stay in evaluation until they are appropriate for a real deployment.
Database work includes environment setup, configuration, scheduled backup plans and restore-minded operating procedures—not only writing application queries.
OpenAI API integration where the product needs it, plus Claude/coding-agent workflows for prototyping, refactoring and implementation acceleration. Production changes still go through normal review, testing and security checks.

Client conversation
I translate ERP, backend and integration problems into a system plan a technical team and a business stakeholder can both understand.
Connect Epicor with CRM, commerce, SaaS or external services without turning the ERP into a fragile point-to-point hub.
Outcome → controlled integration flowDesign SSO, roles and tenant-aware authorization so users move across business applications with consistent security boundaries.
Outcome → one understandable access modelReview .NET, SQL, API and deployment boundaries to reduce coupling and make production changes safer to reason about.
Outcome → clearer path to modernizationHow I work
A client should be able to see what happens next. I reduce ambiguity first, then make the system boundary, implementation path and production checks explicit.
Clarify the business workflow, pain point, users, constraints and what success needs to look like.
Identify the system of record, data ownership, integration boundary, identity model and operational risks.
Implement the Epicor, .NET, API, SQL or integration change behind clear contracts and controlled responsibilities.
Test the critical flow, validate deployment, restore/rollback readiness and leave the next owner with an understandable system.
Business requirement → system boundary → implementation → production confidence
